I’m writing to complain about a water leakage in an apartment number22, where I moved a year ago and live on the fifth floor with two other girls. The apartment is large, bright, comfortable to study with all modern facilities. Due to fact that it was Navruz holiday we haven’t been there for two days and after going back to apartment we realized that the water leaking from the upper floor causing damage to toilet, kitchen and some valuable things. I contacted about it to my neigbour who lives on the top floor and asked if he has anything wrong with her bath, on the contrary he said that also has a trouble. I have already communicated about this to you verbally, but no actions have been taken so far. I would be grateful if take some final and permanent actions to solve this issue. Your faithfully.
