Dear Commissioner, My self Hiyaa Watson, and I writing this letter to you to express my disappointment regarding service of the city council. I live at 26 Westley street, rage. Last week, a dog met to collision with Fortuner SV in front of my house. Unfortunately, it lost its life. I immediately called the council to remove the dead body. However, they took 3 days to take it from the place which annoyed us a lot. I have 2 children who usually play cricket in the street, but they were not able to play in the lobby as carcase was there for the whole three days. Even that blood-filled sight of a dead animal was scaring us. In addition, after one day it spreaded rotting odour in the area, eventually, we got frightened to develop an infection. Therefore, I would like to suggest to expedite your service to protect dwellers from facing issues after such an incident occurs. furthermore, in our city such kind of accidents happens very often, so, if you could visit the city once a week, would assist you to act immediately. I solicit your co-operation. Yours faithfully, Hiyaa Watson
