I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with the induction stove that I purchased from your store for Last week. I found its working condition initially very good, but after few hours of use it malfunctioned. I visited your store on 22nd may and purchased a new brand induction stove that comes with two year warranty, but main problem is, there is few hours continuous use of induction stove that time suddenly it turnoffed and create a burning smell and also it make a burning sound, so that time I turnoff stove.
I contacted your store customer care service persons and complined about the faulty product but they didn't give proper response. I am attaching the copy of my bill and also mention my Order number 5773428. I think this information useful to make easy and convince of your work. During purchasing Time, your store officer assured me that within 2 years there is any malfunctioned report found in that product, it should be exchanged. so I request you to look at that Matter suggest a solution. I am ready to drive down to the store hand over the induction stove. in case the product didn't repair, kindly replace or refund me the full amount after read this letter. Looking forward to a Speedy resolution
