Dear Mr. Mathew, I am John Smith tenant of yours residing in your home since last 3 months. I am writing this to inform you about the heating system which you have fixed it. The main reason for my living in personal accommodation is that in Brampton city the temperature is quite low as compared to other region. I need hot water as well as heating system which works efficiently. However, in the starting both things works properly, not now. When I open the tap, there is not hot water coming out from it. I need to wait for 5-7 minutes then the warm water starts. This is caused much water to be wasted. Moreover, the central heating system does not works properly. All the rooms have must be same heating but guess what I have found that the lower room has more heat as compared to upper room. Although, you have tried to resolve this issue but it does not seem to be solved yet. I think either you should call the technical to repair or change the heating coil for solving this issue. Another thing is for hot water please check the connection to geezer whether it is attached perfectly or not. My friend and I paid the extra amount in addition to rent as we need 24*7 hot water and warm atmosphere. If you are unable to do so please let us inform.
