Dear Mr. John, I along with few other students from Christ school are staying at your property for over a year. I am writing to inform you that we have not had hot -water for quite some time and as a result, many of us have fallen sick during winter. Speaking about the problem, I believe the issue is with the heater that was installed a year ago. The internal circuit of the radiator seems to be damaged beyond repair as your workmen have failed to fix it. We believe the only option is to replace the existing heater with a new one. Under the terms of our lease agreement, it is the landlord's responsibility to replace any damaged equipment in the building.
