Dear Mr. Bowman, I am writing to provide feedback about the party we recently had at your hotel. The party was organized on the evening of 25th May in the hall situated on the first floor of the hotel to celebrate my parents’ anniversary. The party was intended for hundred guests, and there were both vegetarian and non- vegetarian guests in equal proportion. I was happy with the hotel’s arrangements. The hall was well lighted, tastefully decorated with ergonomically designed chairs arranged in an apple-pie order. The staff service was impeccable yet unobtrusive. As for the entertainment, the music band performed exceptionally well, and all guests were exceedingly pleased with their performance. However, some issues were reported concerning the catering services. The soup provided was too salty and the bread tasted a little stale. Also, there were fewer vegetarian options than expected. While the dance floor was very well lit, the light on some of tables was not appropriate. I hope you would consider these suggestions and make appropriate changes while hosting parties in future.
