Dear MrsI am writing to complain about your travel agent who recommended to stay at a holiday resort. Firstly, the weather was awful. It was raining and blowing the wind all day. The travel agency didn't tell us the rainy season was there. Nevertheless, when I and my family wanted to fly back home, we didn't call with tour agent. To make matters worse, my baby's cold, she had a high temperature and there was medical care. I and my family will not get to your agency again, however, as travel agent, you would be wise to guard against such appalling treatment of you costumers in future. Your sincerely
