Dear Mr. Musa, I am a full-time student at the school for the subject in Business English. The Faculty and the school staff have been very supportive in my endeavor which has enabled me to excel. Unfortunately, I have learned that the summer internship which was a part of the course has been canceled and it is a matter of concern. Although joining the school has benefited me in learning the professional language, the summer work placement was the main reason for me to enroll with the school. I was expecting to gain some industry experience which would enable me to have a better chance to secure a job. It's my humble request to reconsider the omitted program since it was an integrated part of the course. If, that is not possible please consider issuing credit for another subject.
