Dear Mr. Fleming, I am writing for Newcomers association of PEI. We often meet at your restaurant for lunch or supper Last Friday, we had a reunion of members at your restaurant. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the meal and its quality. Concerning our food- it was cold and the chicken was absolutely chewy. The lentil curry was overcooked and spicy. This is the first time ever we had a terrible experience at your restaurant. The server was slow in rendering services too. All in all, we had awful food with the ever slowest service experience. We reported the poor service and food quality to the server. He was quick to acknowledge this matter-that was the only positive experience we had. Unless changes are made, we unanimously decided not to return to you anytime sooner. The overall experience was below par. We can think of returning to your restaurant only when we are assured of the best of food and service.
