I am writing in connection with the Sandwich Maker bought from your MG road shop two days ago.
I opened the carton yesterday at home; the product looked good from the outside. However, on use, it appears defective. The two-color light indicators on the top resemble different procedures in process. While the green light lits up when the sandwich is in the making; the red one lits up once the cooking process is complete. However, the sandwich maker I have keeps on showing the green light even though the sandwich was ready.
I approached the shop executive over the call; however, could not get a satisfactory solution. On insisting further, the person asked me to visit the showroom with the product for necessary inspection. I explained how difficult it will be for me to travel 20 KMs just for the examination of the appliance and requested a home visit, which is most often than not provided by such retail shops. To my surprise, the request was put down by the executive right away.
I request you to immediately arrange a technically sound engineer for inspection at my home latest by Saturday, two days from now. If no action is taken within this time, I shall take this up with the higher authorities of the showroom.
