Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfication about the services and food that was provided for lunch to our company. We have been meeting up at this hotel for the past 2 years and this is the 1st time we had a bad experience with you. The problem is all about uncooked food in certain dishes and the food was delayed by half an hour. This caused a huge problem among the guest and among the event managers. The meat was half cooked and some among them were raw. Some of the barrers were seen to be rude with the guest, when they asked why there was delay. We have seen your previous services and we believe that there must some situation change.
