Dear Riya, Hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing this letter to inquire about a file, that I believe I had left at your place when I stayed there during one of my work conferences. The file is grey in color, even has my name printed on its cover and is quite essential for me as it has all of the documents related to my new business proposal to be sent out to one of my clients. The deadline to submit it is already approaching in three days, and I don’t have sufficient time to prepare a new one.
