Dear Sir or Madam.
I am writing this letter to inform you about the dissatisfactory experience I had in your hotel on my last visit.
I have been a regular customer to your restaurant for the past 2 years. But recently, I noticed that the quality of food has been declining. I am disappointed and upset about this development. It pains me to see that such a hard-working and reputed setting is losing its name.
I am member of local tennis club which holds their annual celebration at your hotel. The service provided by your team was top-notch and customer friendly. The problem began after the arrival of the new dishes (starters and soups), they were over-cooked or salty. By the time, we reached the main course we had already lost our appetite.
I would like to make some recommendations to you. Firstly, re-check the food items that you are purchasing as the food that was prepared was not fresh. Secondly, experiment with the variety of dishes but restraint from adding them to menu until fully confident. Lastly, try to reduce the preparation time of the food.
Awaiting your prompt response.
Yours faithfully,
H. F
