Dear Sonal, I am writing this letter to find out, if you can look after my cat 'Milly' for a week's time in my absence, because of my sudden travel plans to Mumbai for a business conference. My boss is unwell and cannot travel hence, he asked me to attend, and represent our company in the conference. The event is taking place in the Taj Hotel, for a duration of one week, starting on 18th April 2021. Being neighbours for 2 years, you are already familiar with Milly, and she is comfortable with you too. As you know, she is a friendly cat, and won't trouble you at all as long you feed her on time. She loves to play with balls and her toy bunny. Her favourite food is milk, and she spends most of her time in her cozy basket. Request you to confirm if you can take care of her for a week. I will give you a written time-table with all her daily activities. I will leave her basket, cat food and toys with you.
