Dear Sir or Madam I am writing this letter to extend my sincere thanks to Mr Smith, the cashier of your company. Nowadays, I am a commuter and in daily basis I take a bus to go to my work. Last Monday morning when the bus suddenly broke down on the street and we waited there for along time. The day was too hot, so I felt dizzy and then I lost my consciousness. Then when I came to I found myself in Guarchjo Hospital, which is located in the city centre. The doctor Mr Brawn told me it was Mr Smith's assist who had sent me the amergency and informed my parents of my condition. Fortunately, Mr Smith was same bus with me. However I have never met him in my life. My parents and I were too grateful to Mr Smith for his kindness.
