We held a full-day company meeting at your hotel and some the participant had positive thoughts, but they were really disliked the quality of food. Let me explain the feedbacks further in details. Our staff members, who attend event at your hotel were very interested about the facilities, location, and the staff hospitality. Your customer service is excellent, and all our staff felt comfortable, and they are extremely delighted. However, they were disappointed with the menu and the number of items you had organized for the lunch. According to the feedback received, there disliked the combination and informed that some of the curries were too salty. I would kindly like to suggest you consider redoing the menu and add variety of items even the vegetarians can enjoy.
