Dear Sir/Madam, I am a tenant who rented your house for one year. I am writing to complaint about the furniture I got with the house on 15th July. I am living with my family in building number 2, flat number 42. When I rented the house I was assured that, the furniture in the house is in good condition. However, I was quick to notice fault on the sofa and the bed as there were noises coming, whenever someone tries to sleep, sit or turn on the sofa or the bed. As a result, I have received a lot of complaints from the neighbors regarding the noises from the furniture. I have tried to contact someone to oil the beds and the sofa to avoid the noises. However, there has been no response. I would request you for an immediate change in the furniture, as it is extremely disappointing live with such unsatisfactory furniture. Furthermore, I would also request appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused to me and my family. I look forward to your reply. Yours faithfully, Sam
