Dear Mr. John, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the furniture provided by you in our fully furnished home at Bank street. I am your tenant in the basement for the last three months, where I live with my wife and one son. I am new in the city and do not know many people in the vicinity also unaware of the nearby shops, so it is taking time for me to adjust. As per our rental agreement, we ought to give a fully furnished apartment inclusive of a study table and chairs. We primarily use them for studies since me and my wife Laura are class fellows and often study together. The chair and table are out of order since we moved in, and we are struggling to find a convenient place to read. I urge you to abide by the terms of our contract and replace the chairs and tables especially, as we use them frequently for our studies also the examination is only one month away. I will be happy if you address the issue at your earliest possible convenience. Yours sincerely, XYZ
