Dear Mr Smith, I am Ankita, currently residing in your apartment number B-3 situated in Vasant Vihar. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the furnitures provided in the apartment. To further elaborate, there are two beds in the house, both of them has dismantled legs and are kept on bricks to support them. Aditionally, there is a sofa which is so delicate that anybody could barely sit on them. To add on to my pain, there is a TV table which has bent because of the weight of Telivision. These issues have created so much worry in my mind that i can't think of inviting people at my house. I am afraid, if they sit on the sofa it might break or even worse, the TV might fall on someone's head. I would urge you to replace these dangerous items from the house immediately before it harms anyone. Furthermore, I would like you to curtail my monthly rent by 20% as we were promised to get a fully furnished house in a very good condition, which unfortunately is not the case. Thanks for your consideration. Yours faithfully Ankita
