Dear Mr. Smith, I am writing this letter to know about possible job opportunities for me in one of your restaurants. We met on our recent flight from London to New York on 20th January where I was seated next to you. As per your suggestions during our little conversation, I am interested to apply for Executive Chef position in your restaurant. I have completed my Hospitality Management studies from Bluegill University, London. Additionally, I have certificates of various cooking competitions I won recently. I love food and cooking and I would like to make a career in this field by becoming a professional chef. Cooking is something that makes me happy and I love cooking for others. Initially, as I was away from home during my university days, I use to dine outside and then gradually I managed to cook in my home kitchen to save money. My interest for cooking rose naturally and now I can prepare foods of different cuisines like Italian, Chinese, Indian, American and Japanese. Also, I am learning to make bakery and dessert items from a bakery shop nearby. When I serve a bowl of a recipe, it contains my love, hard work and passion. I am a keen learner and will be able to handle multiple task simultaneously. Request you to consider me for this job and provide me a platform to showcase my skills. I will be waiting for your revert. Thank you Regards, Mrs. Jones
