Dear sir or madam, I hope this letter meets you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the bus not been consistent in my area. My work has been so stressful lately, the problem is the bus has not been passing through my route frequently. most times I have to use public bus or use the train system. Also when it comes to pick me it arrives at a late hour. I have been patient enough but this is affecting my work. Getting to work late has gotten me warnings from my supervisor. I have also missed important meetings which is not good for my reputation. However, I will like to give a suggestion on how to improve the faults in the bus company, Getting more buses available to pick up staffs at their location.
