Dear Mr. Smith, Through this epistle, I would like to inform you about the condition of the furniture which was the part of your apartment which I rented is not much satisfactory. I rented your four rooms and a dining room condominium accompanied by three bathrooms last month in February, Although I was to move in with my full family of four persons, I do remember I made a special request of a furnished apartment to which there was a written agreement from your side. On the first day of us taking the possession of the accommodation, I requested wooden articles were malfunctioning and making creaking noise on being used to replace During the contract signing you was satisfied to provide a sofa set and a dining set for four members but I received dining set only for three members. Moreover, the lining covering the sofa is ripped up from its edges that looks too ugly. Being for the above mentioned amenities in advance and full yet providing them in a wrecked condition is extremely unprofessional behavior from your side. I implore you to replace all the faulty movables as the earliest else I would be forced to take legal action on you as we entered a registered contract to fulfill written obligations. Hoping for your beneficial response. Yours Sincerely, Date: 21 March 2021Vikas
