Dear Mr John, I am writing this letter with the purpose of outlining the programme I have prepared for the upcoming visit of some Asian customers. To begin with, I believe that our customers should be accompanied by the head of H&R. In fact, that woman is extremely good at dealing with people and I think she will treat our guests in a magnificent way. Secondly, this visit represents an opportunity to show our clients something that belongs only to us. Therefore, I planned a tour in our factories to show the production process so that our customer can understand all the steps that are beyond our product. To conclude, I think that it would be great to enjoy a typical Italian dinner all together. Thus, our costumers will not only enjoy their trip, but they will also feel part of an international family which will increase our brand loyalty.
