Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the proposal of changing the bus timetable that I have read in your newspaper.
As the majority of employees in Sana'a city, I should be available at my office at 8 AM; Therefore, I should be riding the bus at 7. 30 AM. Unfortunately, your rescheduling for the bus plan at 8 AM has been causing a delay for numerous clerks. Furthermore, with the proposed time plan most seats of the bus are empty, which leads to squander the government resources.
I highly recommend authorities reconsider the timetable issue and plane for 30 minutes earlier timetable, or they add one more bus at 7. 30 Am. I would appreciate if you could look into this matter at your earliest convenience.
I look forward to your reply.
Yours faithfully
