I discussed with you two months back that I was not satisfied with my earlier HR job. Neither it was offering me new career opportunities to grow in my role nor was paying me well off as per the market standards. Therefore, I decided to change it. Cracking a job in an MNC was not a cakewalk; however, I managed to get it through my sheer hard work and references. Not only I uploaded my CV on various job portals but also personally contacted different HR heads through LinkedIn to get a spotlight on my résumé. After giving various attempts, I can click this job. Now, I am working as a Senior Manager in an Accenture company. Here, I will handle three regions, including South, North & West, and I will be responsible for developing training and compensation programs for new joiners.
