I am sorry to say that I was very disappointed with Samsung telephone J5 Which I recently purchased from your department store, located at Novoiy street.
On 22 nd of july I ordered a Samsung J5 and received it 27th of July.
When I used the telephone for the first time it worked properly. When I used it second time, it seemed not to work.
Furthermore, when Itook a photo, the picture are not taken clearly.
In addition, the internet network does not work clearly. I do not open the files, which my friends send.
What is more the sence of the telephone does not work completely. It opens after some attempts.
When I tried to open it again the same thing happened as I had expected. When I phoned your shop center and explained the matter. Your employer was tactless and refused to satisfy my claim. I am your long time and loyal client. I was always satisfy with the quality of the products in your store. Therefore to solve the proplem peacefully I would appreciated your interest in my problem.
I am hoping that you may be able to send me a replacement product or refund it its total price is 100 dollar within a week. Otherwise I will be forced to report this to customer service Assosiation responsible for this matter.
I look forward to receiving your satisfactory proposal for settlement of my claim within seven day of the date of this letter.
