Dear Madam, On July 30 I had to go to the business trip due some problems I miss the flight. The accident was happened at 9 p. m, I was waiting the flight and flught manager told us we had to go and I went to reception to took my tickets but there is no receptionist and I looked for him and found but he was so slow despite I was hurry and when I checked in I didn't find my luggages. They were stoled by thiefs and I called to airpirt managment and they told me they find my luggages in a week but my all nesessary things are in the my lugagge thats why I missed my business trip and you haven't found my luggages yet.
