Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter in regard to express my deep dis-satisfaction with your staff.
On 15th May 2021, I and my mother travelled to Ukraine on flight A328 scheduled at 2. 30 pm. Admittedly, my mother is handicapped. At the time of food servicing, when she requested to help in opening the food the attendant refused rudely. In addition to that, when we asked the staff to reheat the food as it was completely cold they denies abruptly. Above all, during landing the attendants mishandled the wheelchair lead to a minor accident where my mother fell and twisted her ankle.
With the above mentioned irksome experience, I need an apology and I ask for the full refund of the amount paid or I ought to knock the doors of the consumer court.
