Dear Sir or Madam,
Through this letter I am writing a complain against the customer service department for not assisting me in my concern. I am Rajni Rajni holding a savings account with your reputed bank since last 2 years. Unfortunately, I noticed my Email transfer service has been disabled from last 3 weeks as an anonymous spam activity was detected through my account while using online banking.
Further, in order to seek for assistance I placed a call to customer service on 15th of May about noon. One of the bank's representative attended the call and she engaged in a conversation for about 15 minutes out of which she kept my call on hold for about 7 to 8 minutes. Even waiting patiently, she didnot provided me with any information how to solve my issue with email transfers. Moreover, I was asked to place a call another day.
Apparently, I request you to help me with direction whether I need to visit my home branch or any nearby Scotia bank for resolving my concern as I am finding it burdensome to make transactions daily.
