Dear Sir, I am writing to convey you about discontinuing of my membership in a toastmaster club, as a result of pursuing my higher studies. I have been member of this club from last two years. Initially, I had silver membership for few months and then I upgraded to gold one because of extra discounts. As a part of my payment, I had paid through credit card. Furthermore, I immensely enjoyed being a part of this club, as we always had a fun while learning. Again, as this club have people from different professional background, I learnt about various traditions and cultures they follow. Additionally, I have developed communication and public speaking skills, ultimately this is what club is meant for. It was a tough decision to depart from this club. As, I received visa for my masters in Canada, I was left with no option other than leaving this club. However as there are branches in Canada, I would like to join again after I get settled over there. I hope you understand the situation and would like to know some details about offices in Canada.
