I am writing this mail in response of your last mail regarding to do duty of recipients during she went for her lunch on today.
I am extremely seeking your apology because I am not free on that time to fulfil your request. As you know very well that I have assigned duty for our upcoming seminar by management. I am leading this event and deadline of all arrangement is just on next Friday. I have only 3 days left to complete all task like finalize schedule, sending invitation to top most company, decide venue and take appointment from keynote speaker on his availability of time on this day. Finally, I have to prepare outline of whole program and submit to our management before Friday. Along with this counting exact number of attendees and tell this number to our dine in committee.
As you know this seminar is very critical and higher authority never negligence any single mistake in this case. Dead line is very near and I have to complete my task before this. We reach only a half way towards this. For this time, I cannot handle duty of recipient.
By the way, you can contact our HR department for this favour they can defiantly help you to do arrangement for the same.
