Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to complain in the strongest terms about a problem in the referegedator that I bought recently from your store. When I came back home and used the refregedator for 9 hours, I found out that it might be there is a problem with it since the water take so long to chill. Moreover, some of meat became small so I had to buy my dinner from a restaurant. I tried to call the store many time but all in vain. After 3 hours the customer support call me back and I explain my situation. They said they will send an agent but unfortunotely no one has come which is unacceptable. I will be left with no alternative but to (take legal action) unless the refund is received within the next 2 days. Yours faithfully,
