Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter regard to a problem that made me to miss the flight from Kuala Lumpur to the Berlin on 3th of March 2021. I arrived to the airport in Kuala Lumpur at 9: 00 PM sharp when the taxi driver drop me at the main gate of the airport, then I walk to the information assistances to give the right direction to the flight gate and the person in charge request from me to provide him my flight ticket and passport, at that time I realized is my small bag missing, which it has my flight ticket as well as my passport and other IDs, because of the passport is missing I could not been able to flight at that night. I went outside looking for the taxi drive I came with. After two hours of waiting outside to find him, he was also searching for me, and give back to me my small bag. But at the end I cannot used it. Because of this delay I delayed my meeting as well. I request from your kind help to return the flight ticket for me or even half of the cost of it.
