Dear Mr Ali I am writing to you regarding my attention to defer from the medical program at the International Medical School for two semesters. Currently, I am in the second year of the program and completed three semesters. Although I have passed all the exams with a good performance, I found that I can not continue the program. Last semester, I faced psychological health issues that made me unfocused to fulfil the program requirements, such as attendance and submission of the assignments. Therefore, I will start a special treatment program with a psychologist who is staying in a various city. In addition, I have been advised to move to Kuala Lumpur to receive medical management there.
