Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter about some renovation suggestion which i think the apartment required where i live now. I rent an apartment from you. Overall, I am satisfied with the conditions and facilities which you provided in it. There are some renovation work is need in the room. The balcony windows give the specticular view of the the playground which is infront of my room. But the windows is too old and its lock stuck sometime. I tried to fix it by my self but still stuck as occacionally. Moreover, I will be happy if you change dressing table mirror. The mirror is good in condition but fashion outdated. I also get some comments about the dressing table one of my friend. He suggested me if I want to change that on he will help me. Because I think all the furniture are quite new and this is the only thing which is outdated. I believe that if you make these small changes renovation then it would be the perfect place for live.
