Dear manager I am writing you this letter to draw your attention toward a problem I am constantly encountering with my computer. Allow me to explain the issues I am facing in details. Firstly, the windows installed on my device is outdated and this is setting the job behind because some features are missing such as linking Two programs together. Secondly, each time I log in to my account on the apothicare (it's the new system we installed lately ) in order to book an appointment a message pops up saying I'm entering the wrong password although i'm pretty sure it's the correct one. Furthermore, once logged in it's taking ages for me to be able to actually reserve an appointment. Because of that, clients are complaining about the long period of time needed to book a service at our place. This being said, could you please send a specialist from the IT department to fix the hassle I'm facing as soon as possible, the reason why is that i think it's effecting the number of booking we are taking per day.
