Dear landlord, My name is Tony and I live in unit 4, 13 Stapleton Street, Wentworthville. I am writing this letter to you in regard of furniture not working properly. I moved in this property two days before and I was surprised to see that the main door, the backyard window and the air conditioner of living room were not working. As the main door and the backyard window are not closing properly therefore, many insects and animals enter in the house as a result we do not feel safe. Secondly, as you know this is summer and air-conditioner is not working so it is inconvenient for us to live in this hot weather. So I would like to request you please resolve these issues and send a carpenter and a technician to our home to fix these issues as soon as possible. I look forward to hearing from you.
