Dear Mr Brown, I am writing to inform you about several issues in the apartment that I am renting; however, they should be fixed as soon as possible. It is known that the last renovation and some additional minor cosmetic repairs were made about three years ago. Now, there is a fascinating all-new kitchen with these shiny white cabinets and a marble countertop, much better than the old one. However, But yesterday, I suddenly noticed a puddle in this marvelous kitchen. Much to my disappointment, I discovered that the faucet was is leaking, and that the water from it had damaged the cabinet's facade, and, as a result, it had got ruined. In the light of this annoying occasion, perhaps it would be possible to fix the tap by calling a plumber. In addition, the cabinet facade needs is need to be replaced with a new one or to be restored somehow by a carpenter because of its inappropriate view.
