As a tenant, I have paid the rents timely without any reminders. I have also been maintaining and keeping your house neat and tidy and have never complained for anything. Furthermore, you are aware about the current covid situation, the market is grappling with uncertainty, Many companies have sacked their employees and people are losing their jobs. As a result of tough market, even my company is considering not to give bonus to the employees this time. In spite of all this, if you have made up your mind to hike the rent, then I will be left with no option, but to start looking for an alternative place.
