Dear Sir or Madam. I am writing to express my complain at the appaling treatment I received while eating at your Barry's restaurant. Firstly, I went to Barry's restaurant with my husband last night. We were going to congratulate my birthday. Beforehand my husband had booked a table with romantic view, but it wasn't ready when we came there. And others sat down our place. Then, the waiter suggested another table where at the corner. We ordered vegetable soup to starter and stakes for main. In spite of the inconvenience that we obliged to wait our order. Thirdly, We didn't like the food. It tastes awful and meat was quite stale. The menu claimed, though, that all ingredients were freshly prepared that day. I think, such careless service should not be tolerated in a restaurant which charges such high prices. My husband and I will not be dining in your restaurant again: however as manager, you would be write to guard against such appealing treatment of your customers in future. Your faithfully Muhigul.
