Dear Mr. Jack Hardon, I am Rita Veera, and I am residing in the building 114 Audley Ave North, in building number 4 with my family. We recently moved here from Singapore, and have been having a few issues with the furniture. We talked to the property manger about them, however, he suggested we talked to you. When we moved in 2 months ago we noticed the faucets were leaky, but we were able to fix them as my family has plumbing experience. But as we use more appliances and furniture we realize that more work needs to be done. The coffee table is very rocky and unstable and due to that we have had many things slip off of it. We are also noticing that the couch in the living room is becoming squeakier each day. In addition to all of this, none of the closet doors remain close either. We were really hoping that you could help us. I do have a couple options, whichever works best for you, please let me know. My first option is, you can get us new furniture as soon as possible, or the second option is, that my family and I can buy it, as long as you would be willing to reimburse us. Thank you, Rita Veera
