Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing you this letter in regards to the slow internet speed that I have been experiencing since past few days. Let me explain the situation in details over the past few days the speed of our internet has been drastically reduced. Everything was running smooth and nice in the beginning. I actually use this service for my work from home, and that's the basic reason why I signed up for this. because of the slower speed, I am not able to have efficiency in my work. In fact to say the least, I got schooled by my supervisor for not being able to connect for meeting. I would like to arrange an engineer visit to solve this problem. I did try to call the customer service and reboot my router entirely, but had no luck in doing it. Furthermore, I would even like you to go forward and have a reduction in my bill for this month as, an act of good customer service. Let's us not strength this issue anymore, and fix the business-customer relationship.
