Dear Mr. Ghosh, I am writing this epistle to you with regards to my emergency leave application for 2 hours today evening due to medical reason. Since, we all are dealing with pandemic situation, prioritising our well being is of utmost importance. My mother is not keeping well since morning, hence I need to accompany her to clinic for further checkup. Upon further inquiry with hospoital health desk, I have been informed that the doctor of Clinic ABC will be available only till 8 PM today before he heads to another city for a week. As this doctor have been our regular health consultant over a period of time, my family trust him over anyone else. Therefore, I would prefer not to delay this checkup to ensure my mother's well being. As this period is a part of our working hours, I will ensure all critical tasks are completed till 5. 30 PM and for any further requirement, my colleague Rohan will be available. He have already agreed for the extended support. Also, for any additional input, I am just a call away. Can you please grant me this leave? Hoping your would consider my request.
