Write a letter to your council to complain about

Dear Sir, I am writing this email to apply as a waiter in a job post about part-time work during the summer in one of your restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada. Last summer, I worked as a service crew in Happy Hotel where I am a recipient of a spotlight award for being the most preferred employee of the month. Since I am not that for familiar with the job and roles of a waiter, I would like to ask the job description I will take if in case I will be lucky to be hired. I am sure the task given to me as a service crew previously is almost similar to a waiter. Nevertheless, I will ensure to do my best at any given circumstances. For your information also, I have a physical condition where my vision is almost blind without my eyeglasses. With this I would like to enquire about the working condition with the restaurant and kitchen.
