Dear Sir, I am writing to let you that I have a appointment with you but I will be unable to come. I apologize for the inconvenience caused. This appointment is on Wednesday16th June 2021. I want to open savings account for my son with his father as a nominee. However, due to sudden emergency that has arised, I will not be able to come. Actually my father has been admitted in hospital due to his heart problem. He is seriously unwell and is in ICU. As I am the only closest relative here I need to be there to take his care. Doctor's have suggested that he has to be under observation for few more days. His condition is detiorating, hopefully he will be stable soon. Moreover, I will make appointment soon as my husband will be back on Friday from his work related trip. He can then help me with this. I request you to fix my appointment on 19June 2021 Saturday. It will be feasible if you can give me 9 to 10am slot if possible. Please let me know if you have any suggestion. Looking forward to your earliest response. Yours faithfully, Nilima Desai
