dear sir, madam i am writing you this letter regarding the issues that i faced during my journey. i recently travelled to Toronto from Montreal on your train number 13. i booked my ticket online and ticket number was 56489751. my trip was just a one-way trip. i travelled on January 24th 2021. my boarding time was 2: 00pm. My seat number was 2 and it was just 1st seat on the right side at the entry gate. But, i faced some difficulties during this trip. actually the seat that your company offered me was not comfortable at all. it was the wooden seat and I paid extra money for the cusion seat. And the train heater was working slow. I was feeling very cold inside the coach. I recommend you to provide correct information on your website regarding seats and availability.
