Dear Sir, Three Weeks ago, I had purchased a laptop from your shop. It was a silver color Dell PC. It was working fine until yesterday, but suddenly while I was working on my project it stopped working. Since I am working from home, it is very important for me. I am writing this letter so you could look into this and take the necessary steps to replace the PC. As for the specifics of the problem, the PC was working absolutely fine until yesterday when suddenly the monitor went blank. I tried to restart the PC and I could hear the noise of the fan in the CPU but the monitor was blank, with some red dots blinking on the screen. After testing the CPU, I figured out that the problem was with the monitor and not the whole PC. Due to the Pandemic, I am working from home and I have a few projects lined up that I need to submit before the end of this month. I cannot complete my work if my PC is not working since all my data and files are in the PC and I don’t have a copy of those in my laptop. It is very important for me to submit the work before the deadline and the data stored in the PC is also very important.
