Dear Sir/MadamI'm writing this letter regards to the meeting that was held at your hotel last Friday evening, on 8th December. Actually, during my seminar i forgot the important documents at your hotel in the banquet hall, at first floor. Papers are not only important for me for my next meeting but also need to submit the details to my manager which i received after that last one at your hotel. I would appreciate if you could send your staff to search for the documents which i left either in the meeting hall or the rest room which was attached to it.
