Affidavit along with justification

Dear Hr, As per the above mail, from my part I need to submit the affidavit of justification. Despite of that I attached some documents with my point of view. Here I summarized a few points from below files. Firstly as per Hossam he did not ask me for duty Rota's from us and prepared by him self from may onwards. In that he was regularly asking us to sent rota in last week of the month. Every end of that we sent the rota with concerns. But he ignored it, making favorable to liked ones, from that part I mentioned partiality & discrimination. Secondly, as per Hossam, he was not directed for using mails and sending rota’s in-fact he mentioned me in mails while he was sending rota’s and further adjustment. Most of the communications done in what’s app, unfortunately, three weeks before my phone display broke and it was in service store. Most of the conversation in telephonic, chat’s. As per royal decree- law taping phone and videography comes under crime, so I am unable to produce those evidence. Here I conclude my statement, that the rota should be lawful to every one, even we are not against the extra hours required from company. Expected faithful response from committee side.
