Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter to express my appreciation for the assistance your staff rendered to my friend when he sustained an accident in your theater and also make a number of recommendations to improving safety at the cinema house. My name is Jude Jerry, yesterday, July 4, my friend and I visited your film house to see the premier of Lion Heart, however, while exiting the theater, he lost his footings when descending the stair, unfortunately, his left shin bone was fractured in the process. The accident occured because the exit area was not well illuminated and if nothing is done about that, there would be plethora of misfortunes which would not augur well for the business. James was promptly taken to the emergency unit of the movie house where he was administered a first aid treatment by Mrs. Cynthia who equally made arrangements for the vehicle that conveyed us to the hospital. Therefore, to prevent future occurances, I would suggest that the staircase area be properly lighted perhaps, with a number of energy bulbs to make it more brighter. Again, there should be warning signings on the walls of the stairs ordering visitors not to press their phones while on the stairs. I hope you would consider my recommendation, I look forward to hearing from you in the near the future. Yours faithfully, Jude Jerry.
